We started Crownstone after watching too many good people get steamrolled by New York real estate.
Crownstone Properties was founded in 2014 by a small team of licensed agents who were tired of watching first-time buyers get outmaneuvered and sellers leave money on the table. We built a firm around three things: real local expertise, honest communication, and negotiation that actually protects the client.
